It includes a beautiful base designed by a balloon artisan with latex round balloons and party curls. The bouquet includes one Mylar foil heart with a printed Valentine's Day message, two solid color Mylar foil hearts and five round latex balloons themed and color coordinated around Valentine's Day. Our latex balloons are treated to float at least ten days unlike store bought balloons which will not float a day. The balloons within the bouquet design may vary depending on our inventory on hand.
